Primary School PPA Cover Teacher - Warrington
Job Purpose:
 To release colleagues and perform all the duties and tasks expected of a class
teacher during PPA time
 Plan, prepare and assess and teach children appropriately to their needs
 Maintain the positive ethos of the school both inside and outside of the classroom
 Contribute effectively to the team
Duties
 To liaise and communicate with colleagues to ensure that lessons are
appropriately planned and delivered
 Plan and deliver lessons to meet the needs of all pupils through differentiation
 Plan for and communicate effectively with teaching assistants
 Feedback effectively and in a timely fashion to class teachers
 To maintain the highest standards of behaviour within a class and around the
school
 Participate in staff and team meetings and on-going professional development
opportunities
 Participate in the performance management system for their own appraisal

This role is to start ASAP and will last for 2 school terms.
