Due to growth within our business were are looking to add to our AIRFREIGHT PRICING COMMERCIAL TEAM!! for our LONDON HEATHROW office. The role will part of the Pricing desk, to ensure that all rate enquiries generated from the commercial team and our logistics network of companies and branches are responded to within the deadline and that all requests are recorded and monitored so that best pricing levels are provided to our customers and network at all times. * Provide initial point of contact for the logistics UK network for the receipt of pricing, ensuring that all requests are responded to within 4 hours * Liaison with The Gateway division for any supporting assistance on Airline choices/services * To manage and control: follow up measure and analyse success of all quote requests * Assist product managers with spot pricing for sales team * * Operational knowledge of AIRFREIGHT - inbound & outbound * * Good ICT skills to include excellent knowledge of Excel * * Ability to work with overseas network * Well organised * Airfreight pricing (Import and Export) * Accustomed to working to fixed deadlines and under pressure
