PPA Primary cover teacher Warrington

Primary Teacher required for PPA cover in Warrington

I am currently working with a wonderful school in the Warrington area. They require an experienced Teacher to cover PPA for both KS1 and KS2.

Teaching experience in both key stages as well as having QTS is a must for this role. The role is full time 8.15am - 4pm, with one late finish (5pm) on a Monday to attend staff meeting.

Experience of working in both key stages one and two, and good numeracy and literacy skills are essential to this role. Flexibility is a must, due to the different classes covered throughout the day. Read Write Inc training would be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities

Creating stimulating lesson plans

Delivering lessons to whole classes

Monitoring and evaluating children's learning and development

Liaising with the class teacher and TA

Attending CPD training courses and staff meetings

This a lovely school with friendly staff and pupils. It is initially to cover 2 terms but with the potential to be extended for the right candidate.
