HR GO Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Works Coordinator in the Cambridgeshire region to join a well-established organisation who have experienced considerable growth throughout the last two years. My client operates across the United Kingdom delivering market leading solutions for a portfolio of highly recognisable clients. Purpose of the Role To support the Planning Team Manager in coordinating the team activities to ensure the design and production of plans accurately reflect the requirements of the client and are produced in line with contractual commitments delivering against key service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure works contained within the plans are accurately priced to realise projected margin. Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure plans are understood in advance of works taking place and deviation from plan managed effectively within the deviation process protecting delivery of margin contained within the plans. Key Accountabilities Co-ordinate the workload of the team to ensure the delivery of low level designs back to the client within agreed SLAs * Provide information required in support of activity highlighting outstanding work by region/client to the Planning Team Manager * Maintain price quotation and amendment process with client providing data for management information in relation to amendments that have been agreed * Support the Planning Team Manager in the application of the performance management process ensuring team members are clear as to what is expected of them within the role and are adequately supported with training and development * Ensure the key elements of the client contract relating to the planning process is understood by you and the team and operational controls are implemented to ensure we successfully meet these requirements The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have great planning and organisational skills, have good attention to detail and possess a good level of commercial awareness. You will be able to be in a fast paced, changing environment being able to take commercially astute decisions therefore managing conflicting properties and working to deadlines is a must. You will be a motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as working on own initiative and part of a dynamic team. You will have good IT skills. Hours- 40 hrs per week (Mon-Friday) Holidays- 20 days plus 8 public holidays Salary- up to £22k per year depending on experience If you feel that you would be the ideal candidate for this role, we would love to hear from you!
