Planning Consultant ( flexible/ remote considered)
Salary £25,000 - £35,000 depending on skill base and experience
Our client is looking for a qualified Planning Consultant to join their successful and expanding team in Canterbury.
The role:
The role will involve, but is not limited to, the following:
- Planning applications and appeals
- Site appraisals and feasibility assessments
- Development plan representations
- Provide comprehensive and confident advice to clients and other professionals
- General project management, including project team coordination
- Covering London and south east of England
Skills & Qualifications:
Applicants for this role should ideally hold the following:
- 1 year+ private or public sector experience
- Holding an RTPI accredited town planning qualification (2:1 or higher), or working towards such, together with good A Level (or equivalent) grades
- Ideally holding an RTPI accredited Masters in town planning, or similar
- Hold, or working towards, MRTPI status
- Excellent written, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong time keeping and organisational skills
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferable
