Pilot Instructor (Rotary) Opportunity for a qualified helicopter instructor to join a global aviation services company, supporting HEMS. You will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual, taking on the training of flight and HEMS crew, whilst also undertaking some single pilot H145 missions. You will be a qualified H145 instructor with extensive flying hours experience, to include PIC twin turbine experience, night flights and experience flying in an operational environment akin to HEMS (eg police pilot, SAR etc). You will be able to keep calm under pressure, possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to quickly instill a sense of trust, confidence and rapport. Candidates must be flexible in order to meet the needs of the service, able to lead by example and maintain high standards of professionalism at all times. Your tasks will include: * Conducting and ensuring compliance of all training needs * Managing and organising the operating base * Conducting crew briefings * Ensuring high standards expected of the company's employees are communicated and adhered to * Ensuring staff compliance with all medical, licensing, proficiency checks etc Candidates must be able to participate in providing 24 hour flying service cover, with shifts balanced between days and nights on a 4 on / 4 off rota.
