Exciting Team Manager Opportunity with PHE Reporting to: Operations Manager Base Location: Knowsley Salary: From £19,000 Key Roles: 1 Supervising the PHE contract across the day shift opening hours (Monday-Friday 8am-10pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am-6pm) with flexibility to provide Ad Hoc Management support to the night shift team. 2 Supporting the Operations Manager in the delivery of the PHE Contact 3 Monitoring and Management of KPI's (including effectiveness & contractual SLA's) 4 Monitoring and management of adviser adherence and productivity 5 Maximising advisor outputs to make the best use of client budget 6 Supporting advisors to ensure service consistency and adviser development 7 Support the Campaign and Quality Manager with quality monitoring and training 8 Responsible for assisting MI Exec with producing and checking client MI 9 Advisor engagement and work as an advisor when required. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the success of the services- supervise the day-to-day delivery of specified services. Monitor performance at all levels including advisors' outputs, all KPI's and service outcomes and be able to use all available reporting tools to measure and monitor performance of advisors and the service overall. The successful candidate will have their own Team and be expected to report back to the Operations Manager. Applicants must: 1 Have experience in Customer Service 2 Be able to deal with customers in a swift but empathetic manor 3 Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities 4 Take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences 5 Actively support team members 6 Be willing to take risks 7 Support difference 8 Coach and help to develop others 9 Take responsibility for one's own personal impact and development, focusing on increasing self-awareness as well as identify new areas for learning and profession development and creating learning opportunities Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Required from Candidate: 1 HNC/HND level as minimum preferred but not essential 2 Creative approach; able to generate ideas for service enhancements 3 Knowledge of the PHE contract and client 4 Experience of leading/coaching/managing preferred 5 Self-motivated 6 The ability to develop and lead a team of direct reports 7 A 'can do' mentality 8 Uses initiative to proactively identify and resolve any issues/barriers To apply please send you CV to serco@hrgoliverpool.co.uk or call Steph on 07784 229849 Close Date Friday 22nd February at 12pm
