HR GO are currently recruiting for a Personal Advisor within the Children and Adult Services in South London. Working closely with the practice group to support and enable young people who are currently in care and those who have left care and are eligible for leaving care services to make a successful transition to adulthood through practical and planned interventions. You will need experience of working directly with vulnerable children or young people, in a professional or voluntary capacity, experience of group work with young people and delivery of intervention programmes and experience of using new technology for word processing and data input. Along with a satisfactory DBS within the last 12 months. You will be required to hold a Safeguarding qualification and be able to show photographic evidence.
