We are currently looking for a highly driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bridgwater. The Role: The successful candidate will be expected to: * Achieve prospect activity targets, high quality standards and meet specific client requirements. * Carry out a wide range of sales activities, including cold calling, telephone sales, prospect visits, mailshots. * Prepare sales presentations for clients, promoting HRGO (Somerset) Ltd as the personnel supplier of choice. * Expand the client base by actively sourcing new business, actively following up on sales calls and pursuing all sales opportunities. * Build intelligence on client companies through reviewing candidates' interview experience and advising future candidates on their interview strategies. * Present candidates' details to clients and make interview arrangements, ensuring the candidate is fully briefed on the interview arrangements. Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential as full training and support will be provided. However, successful candidates will: * Have a solid background within B2B sales * Be comfortable selling face to face and over the phone * Have a full UK driving licence * Be commercially aware * Have experience in a highly targeted environment * Have the ability to communicate at all levels * Be proactive, passionate and sales hungry * Be willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals * Have knowledge of the Engineering / Manufacturing sectors * Be available to attend training courses away from Bridgwater This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected and growing company.
