Job Tittle: Patient Advisor / Administrator

Location: Eastbourne (Town Centre)

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Pay: £10.50 to £11 per hour (based on experience)

This role is a temp to perm opportunity. Once 12 weeks has been completed your performance will be reviewed and you will be possibly taken on a permanent employee.

HR GO Recruitment are looking for someone responsible for the management and coordination of Musculoskeletal NHS referrals in East Sussex and surrounding areas.

The Patient Advisor will be central to this function, responsible for all aspects of:

• Administrative service delivery -including the booking of patients
• Working with clinicians
• Resolving queries
• Supporting delivery of services that exceed patient expectations.
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Navigating patients to the most appropriate services for their needs in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensuring that patients are proactively managed at all stages of their care

Experience:

(Desirable)

• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential as long you have transferable skills.
• Computer Literate
• Experience with patient administration systems and/or appointment booking systems.
