HRGO are currently recruiting for Passenger/Customer Service Agents working at the ever-expanding Luton Airport. As a PSA you'll be responsible for providing a professional check-in service dealing with passengers and their issues. You'll be required to work at check-in and ticket desks, you will also be required to work on boarding gates and assist passengers when using self-check-in terminals if needed. Duties Include: * Providing an excellent customer service to the passengers * Dealing with customer issues * Helping with communication between airlines and their passengers * Checking passenger documentation * Issuing boarding cards and baggage labels * Process passengers at the boarding gate Qualifications and Competencies: * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent communication skills * Good standard of literacy and numeracy * Confident to deal with difficult customer whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner * Confident when dealing with business class passengers * Prepared to cover a 24/7 operation * Flexible with the working hours (as these can be subject to change) * Provide a full 5 years history employment, education including any gaps & unemployment * Clean criminal record Shift/Hours: Shifts will fall on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays and consist of earlies and lates. Individual shifts lasting for a maximum of 12 hours.
