Parts Advisor - Motor Parts experience essential

£23,000-£25,000 + Bonus OTE £28,000 + Fantastic Prospects

Parts Advisor with Motor Trade experience (Essential) required for this established and Motor Trade Dealership near Bromley in Kent. You must have a minimum of 2 year's recent Motor Trade Parts experience within a Main Dealer network to join their busy friendly team. You must be able to work under pressure, be a team player and be computer literate.

Motor Trade Parts Advisor Duties will include:

80% of the role is back counter -serving the technicians

Monitor and maintain agreed stock/accessory levels, minimising VOR order levels where possible.

Check all parts are in good order on receipt from supplier and correctly store and locate parts.

Handle warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues).

Complete all relevant administration.

Ensure all Service personnel have access to parts needed to complete the next day's work schedule.

As a Parts Advisor you will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with customers face to face or over the phone. A Parts Advisor will need to ensure that walk in and telephone customers are promptly dealt with, and deliver on sales targets. As a Parts Advisor you will always delivering an incredible experience to all, whether internal or external customers.
