We are recruiting part time and full time Customer Service Advisors for our client in Knowsley to start on 30th July. The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should have the ability to communicate, over the phone, answering a range of enquiries regarding a complex range of services. You will be responsible for: * handling inbound calls from customer claiming benefits * Support callers, dealing with their queries and providing information and advice. * Communicating with callers of all ages and backgrounds, conveying information and tailoring support to callers needs, age and understanding. * You will be expected to communicate through a range of channels including email. Voice, web chat, SMS and social media. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following: * A good standard of written and spoken English. * Confident telephone manner with previous customer service experience. * Ability to listen and ask appropriate questions to understand the query then convey information to specific caller's needs. * An understanding of confidentiality. * Ability to deal professionally with a large number of calls. * Able to handle queries of a sensitive nature and be non-judgemental. * Full training will be given for the role Hours of Work: Part time 15 - 20 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. All successful applicants will be DBS checked.
