HRGO Recruitment Northampton are currently recruiting for Hospital Cleaners in Oxford It is mainly Part time temporary role which may become permanent for the right candidates. Hours available are: 3pm-8pm Mon-Fri 5pm- 9pm Mon-Fri 5pm-8pm Mon-Fri 5pm-8pm Mon-Fri must be experienced in floor cleaning and have domestic experience. Pay £7.83 p/h (mon-fri)- £11.25 (sat rate) Criminal Record check/ Disclosure of Scotland checks will be required for this type of work (paid by us). The Cleaning Operative will be expected to safely carry out all cleaning assigned, making full use of guidance and training given, using checklists provided. They will report any maintenance required to the maintenance department and/or advise a member of the Supervisory or Management team. Role Responsibility: Key Skills * Excellent ability to follow instructions * Ability to work as a team * Good interpersonal skills * Customer service skills relevant to customer and consumer contact * Measured movement speed The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English, previous cleaning experience, good communication and interpersonal skills and must be reliable and committed to the role. Having DBS checks or Disclousure of Scotland checks done in the past 12 months is a benefit. You also must be flexible and capable working on your own.
