We are looking to recruit a number of Part Time Evening and Weekend staff to join a busy contact centre environment.
You will be required to work 25 Hours per week, must be available to work Monday-Friday between 4pm-10pm and Saturday-Sunday between 4pm-10pm or fully flexible between 7am-10pm.
Roles are based in Birkenhead and is situated within easy reach of transport links and offers full training as well as weekly pay.
Training will start from Thursday 7th October - Tuesday 2nd November and will require you attend 4pm-10pm Monday-Friday between these dates.
You will be required to handle inbound customer service calls/ emails and live chat contact from customers on behalf of a well known high street retailer.
You will be able to communicate effectively, confident over the phone and have gained previous customer service experience within Retail/Hospitality or other customer service environments.
