HRGO are seeking Part Time Customer Service Advisors for the Plymouth area. We are looking for candidates who have experience within a call centre environment and must be comfortable with using multi-screens. The successful applicant must be used to dealing with difficult situations, be able to problem solve whilst always providing outstanding service. You will need to have a good telephone manner and excellent computer skills.

The aim of the role is to provide the first point of contact for customers, received by telephone or email within agreed handling times, whilst delivering excellent customer service and offer solutions and advice on products and services.

This is a temporary role with the possibility of a permanent position. It will be an immediate start and the campaign lasts for around 12 weeks, which you will need to be available for. Hours are part time and will include every Saturday. Shifts will be varied - Monday - Friday any times between 7am - 8pm and Saturday any times between 8am - 6.00pm with the possibility of Sunday shifts between 9am - 4pm.
