Part time Call Advisors required in Bridgwater. 16 hours per week (additional relief shifts available for the right candidates). Hours vary from 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am. (You must be able to work all 3 shifts as part of a rota.) £10.97 per hour plus 20% shift allowance. HRGO are currently recruiting for several call operatives to work within Bridgwater town centre, to answer and action all incoming calls from their service users. You will be responsible for prioritising the calls, taking appropriate action as required, recording calls on the company system, and reporting to the service manager. The right candidate: Will be able to employ tact and empathy as and where required. Possess the motivation, and independence to work under your own initiative. Have exceptional customer service skills and ability to focus on the customer. Be polite, friendly, and confident with your abilities to identify the correct course of action. Excellent IT skills and experience of using a variety of systems/packages. Keep accurate records of the calls received and absorb new information. If an emergency call is received these must be prioritised speedily. Experienced within a telephone-based customer service role. Be able to continuously develop your own skills, but also assist in the development of the processes already in place to offer any improvements you feel will be beneficial to the team.
