Part Time Administrator & Customer Service Support We are looking for an experience administrator to join a small team based at Stansted Airport. Our client offer premium packaging solutions to high end clients within the Beverage, distillery, perfume and cosmetic industry. The person we are looking for is someone who can deliver a high level of customer service to their clients and carry out administrative duties. You will be the first point of contact via phone or email for the business. Requirements * At least 1 years administrative experience * Must be able to work on their own initiative * Good communication skills, both written and spoken. Excellent telephone manner * Strong Customer focus * Strong prioritisation skills * Computer literate - Excel / Word essential. Some knowledge of CRM / PM systems beneficial * Numerically literate with good attention to detail * Excellent organisational skills * Spanish speaking would be beneficial but not essential
