Packing and Deliveries Coordinator

Location: Margate (CT9)

Pay: £10.29 per hour

Hours: 37hr per week (Monday to Friday)

HR GO (Ramsgate) are partnered with a well-established Production and Manufacturing Firm based in Margate, who are looking for a Packing and Deliveries Coordinator to join their busy and growing friendly team in Margate.

The successful candidate will have:

• A sound knowledge of shipping processes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• IT literate including proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to react to changing priorities and solve developing issues.

• Ability to adhere to all health and safety requirements.

• Experience of using SAP an advantage. (Desirable)

• Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Desirable)

• Experience of online shipping with multiple couriers. (Desirable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and booking shipments and ensuring packages are collected and shipped when required.

• Ensuring all commercial invoices are available and correct.

• Raising delivery notes and updating sales/forecast systems.

• Collating relevant information and then raising and checking C of Cs.

• Packing assemblies in an appropriate method to ensure safe delivery to the customer.

• Planning and organising packing duties, to best ensure timely delivery to our customers.

• Performing monthly stock takes within the packing area and ensuring stock figures are correct
