Our client in Birtley are looking to recruit an experienced Outbound sales Executive to start ASAP. This is a temp to perm role and offers a competitive basic salary of between £19,000 to £21,000 + commission for the successful candidate. You must have a strong track record in B2B sales as you will be expected to make high volume outbound calls. Main Duties and Responsibilities:- * Make 60 outbound calls per day (actual conversational calls) * Contact clients from database provided and follow up calls from existing leads * New prospect calling * Lead generation with the aim of booking face to face appointments You should be able to demonstrate the following:- * Excellent telephone manner, confident and knowledgeable * Mature approach to working * Positive and engaging manner * IT literate with knowledge of working with Outlook and Excel * Experience of working with CRM systems and confident using databases * Works well on own initiative and also as part of a team * Excellent time management skills * Previous experience of working in Telesales would be beneficial The hours of work will be 8.30am until 4.30pm with one hour unpaid lunch time period.
