HR GO are looking to recruit several Outbound Advisors for their prestigious client based in South Shields. This is a temporary role until April.

Successful candidates will be responsible for calling students, undertaking a short survey to capture their feedback on how their studies have helped them to progress.

You will not be expected to sell on these calls, but work towards both surveys per hours and dials per hour.

Training will be provided and continued support is always available.

You will also be required to record the information on a computerised system.

A great benefit to this role is a 4 day working week. This means a 3 DAY WEEKEND and also free tea & coffee available throughout the day. The office environment is very relaxed and operates casual dress code.

The working hours are 10-8 Monday and Tuesday and 9-7 Wednesday and Thursday (total 37 hours). Overtime is also optional.

The rate of pay is £10.15 an hour and if you are successful at the interview and trial stage, you will be offered the role with immediate effect.
