HRGO Recruitment are looking for a competent service driven person to join our clients sales team as an Order Processor covering maternity leave.

You must be reliable, work well under pressure and have experience in a similar role.

Previous experience working within a window fabricator would be a huge advantage as would working with Window Designer software.

Communication and IT skills are essential for this role.

The work is detailed & it is critical that your accuracy is to a high standard so an attention to detail & ability to self-check your work is required as mistakes at the processing stage can be very costly for the company.

The role includes but is not limited to the following.

  • Process orders to create accurate manufacturing and order acknowledgement data within the daily deadlines.
  • Process quotations accurately to daily deadlines
  • Upload and check customer orders
  • Generate paperwork for customers and production.
  • Provide processing support to customers via telephone.
  • Refer to technical data provided to assist customers with technical enquiries.
  • Double check processed orders for errors and omissions when required.
  • Liaise with suppliers and complete orders for non-stock items.
  • Contact customers regarding order queries.
  • Log communication details in our system (OpenView)
  • Confirm all verbal agreements in writing via email.
  • Advise the customer of delays to their requested delivery date.
  • Ensure customer confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Ensure the company email system is logged on and used professionally and appropriately.
  • Identify any issues/problems with our processing software and report to the relevant person.
  • Workstation to be kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure company's rules and Health and Safety policy is adhered to at all times.
  • Any other duties as required including holiday and sickness cover.
