HR GO are currently recruiting an Operations Manager position for a highly successful company in Ashford, Kent. The Operations Manager is a management role requiring good knowledge of commercial cleaning, excellent relationship skills, and outstanding organisational skills. The Operations Manager is required to schedule and attend regular site visits, providing an opportunity to lead and influence employees across cleaning contracts in multi-site locations and to build business relationships with clients representatives. The Operations Manager is also responsible for maintaining financial control, ensuring that contracts are scheduled, resourced, compliant, and completed to our client's satisfaction

Key Responsibilities for this role;

Planning

Plan and control work schedules using assigned software - Malinko or other

Generate and maintain up to date site specific cleaning schedules agreed with each client

Schedule and allocate cleaning operatives, and sub-contractors

Schedule and carry out audits and site visits

Manage all technical services to contract KPI's and performance measures

Cost, agree and manage ad-hoc works

Budgets and Financial Control

Generate monthly financial overview for reporting to Managing Director

Maintain contract costs within budgets

Discuss with clients and implement annual price reviews

Encourage and generate linked sales to existing clients

Documentation /ISO9001

Manage documentation in accordance with ISO9001

Review documentation regularly in line with ISO9001 requirements

Generate and maintain site logbooks for every site (Format to be agreed)

Ensure signed agreements in place for every client. Set reminder for and carry out annual agreement reviews.

Teams

Liaise with Operations Manager to allocate Supervisors resource.
