We are looking for an Operations & Production Co-ordinator for our client in Frome that offer award-winning Soups, Risottos & Broths from traceable natural ingredients.
The brand has grown sales and distribution across the UK; doubling turnover since 2016.
Their products are located in the growing UK supermarket categories for Fresh Soup, worth £137m in 2018 growing at +4.4%, and Italian Ready Meals, worth £684m growing at +5.8%.
Salary: £24k-£26k +bonus

Role Profile:
We are looking for Operations Co-ordinator, who is keen to work for an ambitious FMCG Food start-up.
This role will be all things supply chain, working with our clients factory to organise production, complete order planning and plan deliveries.
This is an exciting role, which will require organisational skills, ability to work on own and confidence to pick up the phone to speak to customers and colleagues to solve problems and receive praise for a job well done; ideally you will have previous operations role experience within a product-based business.
Your role will be to work within our clients office based in Frome Somerset, creating, maintaining and reconciling production plans through Microsoft Office software as well as working with their freelance finance manager to make sure orders are invoiced correctly.

Key Role & Responsibilities:
Smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Assisting the company's HR Function
Managing stock control
Processing orders
Communicating changes I order process to relevant parties
Working closely with manufacturing team
Production Scheduling
Running weekly stock, sales and waste reports
Overseeing customer service
Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases to ensure the efficient running of the office
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Previously worked in a product-based/FMCG businesses
* Strong numeric / literary skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Intermediate to advanced excel skills (VLookups, Pivot tables etc)
* Xero knowledge advantageous
