Operational Support & Noticing Advisor

If so this could be the ideal opportunity for you! HR GO Recruitment are seeking an experienced Administrator in Longstanton, looking to join a fantastic, forward-thinking company. The candidate The ideal candidate will have strong organisation and communication skills and will be confident in liaising with third parties. You will be experienced in similar administrative roles and working in a high-paced environment and able to work alone and adhere to deadlines. You will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. The Organisation My client is a well-established organisation who have experience considerable growth throughout the last two years. They operate across the United Kingdom delivering market leading solutions for a portfolio of highly recognisable clients. Overview of role Undertake key activities in support of the operational delivery teams ensuring key information is readily available, work instructions processed and permits actioned in advance of works and closed as appropriate. Liaise with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure all relevant information is captured and progress of works communicated working collaboratively to resolve outstanding issues/disputes preventing start/completion of works as planned. Input and maintain key data in relation to work activity undertaken in JHG systems ensuring data entry is accurate and complete. Produce reports for the operational delivery teams as requested.
