HRGO are recruiting for 2 on-site Account Coordinators to join our team at one of our new contract wins based in Cumbernauld. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience. Applicants must be willing and able to work in a busy production environment and to work to deadlines.
Own transport is a necessity due to location.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate management of temporary labour - absence management etc
Work with and promote the culture of the client.
Deliver an excellent level of customer service
Meet the client requirements by implementing effective candidate attraction, recruitment and training.
Address issues arising in a timely manner
Be a visible representative of HRGO across the site
Represent HRGO in meetings.
Complete Payroll within deadlines and be able to process any discrepancies.
