Our leading client near Birmingham is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor, to work on either a Permanent or Contract basis.
They would consider someone on either a Full or Part-time basis, and this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team.

Focused on employee retention and return to work on a case-by-case basis, you'll also work on preventative health and well-being initiatives. Collaborating with both clinical and non-clinical specialists, you'll actively contribute to policy and processes, and rapidly advance your own development as an Occupational Health professional.
About you
A Registered Nurse with qualifications or experience in Occupational Health, you'll be familiar with pre-employment screening, rehabilitation and return to work. You'll also be capable of seeing employee wellbeing in the context of the wider strategic aims of the organisation. A creative thinker, you'll be motivated to deliver change and to drive your own professional development. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to mentor and coach line managers in occupational health issues.
