Office Administrator/Customer Service

HRGO are in partnership with a fast-growing business with a very bright future. Decisions are made quickly at this company as the founder is currently still involved on a daily basis. Currently running at 30% growth year on year so excellent promotional opportunities for the right candidate. OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL as company based in a rural location on the outskirts of Canterbury, towards Ashford. Duties: Dealing with high volume on-line orders Processing orders and returns with accuracy and to tight deadlines Liaising with Suppliers via e-mail and also telephone Using Excel to place stock orders with suppliers and manipulate data Download inventories Attributes/Experience: Must have at least 2 years' office experience Able to work in a small busy team environment to very tight daily deadlines in fast paced environment Must have the ability to keep calm under pressure PC Literate with speed and accuracy Friendly and helpful telephone manner Must have a good energy and be flexible and adaptable to also assist with Warehouse duties (picking orders) as and when the business requires Hours - 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays during busy season but overtime will be paid)
