Office Administrator

HR GO Recruitment are currently assisting a well-established business in their quest for an Office Administrator. This company deal with a range of high net worth clients, delivering an excellent service at all times. They have been in operation for nearly 25 years and in that time have gained a well-deserved reputation for excellence as well as sustainability. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 10:00 - 5:00 with 45 minutes for lunch. Main duties: * Answering all customer enquires via phone an email * Controlling stationary stock, printer paper and ink and making beverages when necessary * Flexibility and adaptability when required in the role * Keeping all customer and client records up to date on the in-house system * Centralising all office information and data for ease * Developing a social media presence * Tracking contracts and making amendments * Keeping social media up to-date The ideal candidate: * Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration position * Experience of using in house systems in previous roles * Intermediate IT knowledge (esp.
