HR GO are looking to recruit an Office Administrator for a Torness Power Station in Edinburgh area.
Main Responsibilities:-
Reception cover with Purchase Orders
Undertake Reception duties which may include:
Answering and diverting the Main Switchboard
Receiving, acknowledge, distributing and posting of mail
Booking Meeting rooms
Booking Station cars
Issuing Visitor PPE
General filing
Undertake General office admin duties which may include:
Raise Purchase orders, including stationary
Amend Purchase order dates
Goods receipt notes
Review uncleared invoice report weekly
Update trackers with accurate information
Reconcile HSBC portal
Using the photocopier and Scanning of documentation
General filing
The rate of pay £9.47 an hour and is a temp to perm role for the right candidate.
