Our client based in Birkenhead is urgently seeking Temporary Night Helpdesk Advisors to join a small evening team until around the end of January, with the option to WFH once trained.

Rota will be worked on a 4 on 4 off shift rotation across the full 7 days working 8pm-8am, premium rate paid after 10pm. Training will also be provided on site of an evening on a 1-1 basis.

You will ideally have previous customer service experience and used to handling customer queries.

Duties include;

• Answering incoming customer helpdesk calls concerning issues with on site machinery
• Troubleshoot with customer and obtain full details of issues, log call details and contact information
• Following this you will then be required to ascertain an appropriate engineer to visit location in order to fix the issues and provide full details you have ascertained from the customer
