The role will be to cover Security, Reception and Concierge Services, along with covering bar as well. 1) Security - * Monitor CCTV * Check and monitor all visitors to site * Monitor all building and control access. * Check and monitor all rooms. * Patrol the building and grounds, monitor activities 2) Reception - * Be presentable, courteous and professional always * Answer the out of hours phone, deal with enquiries and log messages * Provide access to facilities for authorised personnel * Welcome guests and check them into their accommodation * Show guests/visitors to their rooms * Provide all guests with full concierge services such as making restaurant and taxi bookings 3) Porter/Bar - * Direct guests and other visitors on site * Help guests with bags * Monitor guests and activities around the site * Serve behind the bar or wherever needed * Provide out-of-hours drinks service and record sales against guest rooms or collect cash * Clear the training rooms of dirty cups/glasses and wash/fill the dishwasher * Tidy all rooms ready for use the following day 4) Health & Safety - * Management/co-ordination of Contractors during out of office hours * Legionella Temperature Checks in accommodation rooms * Emergency Lighting Checks * Completion of Fire Safety Audit bi-monthly * PAT testing on site 5) General Administration - * Administration work set as required * KEY PERFORMANCE STANDARDS * Facilities are kept secure always and breaches are dealt with appropriately * Communications (written and verbal) are professional, accurate and appropriate * Guest complaints are rare & service to guests is outstanding * Good knowledge of IT / Office /Excel and Word * Excellent communication skills - must be able to effectively follow and give written and oral instructions, directions and to reports. * Good numerical skills * Passion for delivering outstanding service * Sharp eye for detail * Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time This is a mixed role within a NIGHT SHIFT - Porter role. Hours of work are Monday to Friday (finish shift on Saturday AM) Starting at 17.00pm to 7.30am.
