Night Porter / Receptionist needed on the outskirts of Crawley, West Sussex, £17,000+ P/A We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Night Porter / Receptionist to start working in a well known and reputable hotel and restaurant chain. Due to popularity they are looking to expand their work force with the attitude to delivery amazing guest experiences. With this exciting opportunity, you will be required to work a 5 day week with 2 days off, with a view to this changing to a 4 on 4 off rota in the new year. You will be required too: * Welcome and check in/check out guests * Deal with any customer queries/requests throughout your shift in a polite and courteous manner. * Run the reception desk * Adhere to any requests left by your team from the shift before * Work in a team About you: * Good communication skills * Computer Literate * Excellent Customer Service Skills Parking is available on site and due to location driving is an advantage.
