Our client is seeking an experienced Night Manager. The purpose of the job is to ensure that all guests are received in a manner suitable to the hotels standards. As a Night Manager key responsibilities include: * To supervise the night operations of the department and make sure the highest possible standards of service is achieved reflecting the hotels standards * Investigate all complaints from guests, dealing with them personally and send the reports to relevant managers * To be responsible for managing night staff during each shift, ensuring they are briefed on the tasks of the night. * Check with reception regarding any VIP's & be on hand to greet them * To ensure that all accommodation charges are entered into the front office system and charged correctly, as per business source. * To complete the daily Income Audit Report making any adjustments as requested by the Accounts department. * Ensure a full handover is made the following morning to accounts of night's business and prepare daily statistics report.
