Contact Centre Agent

£21,000 basic salary OTE uncapped commission

A realistic OTE Uncapped 35k in the first year

Monday - Friday

Saturdays are optional but a chance to earn extra money.

Working hours 9:00am - 18:30pm

Various progression opportunities over the 3 departments

Job role

This call centre position requires a self-motivated, versatile, works well as part of a team.
* Generating new business from client's web enquiries.

• Working towards daily KPI
• Building rapport with all customers
• Inbound and outbound calls
• Managing your own pipeline
• Overcoming objections

Knowledge & Experience:

• The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• A polite and professional telephone manner
• Strong communication skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Patience and empathy with customers who may need extra support
• Previous experience in a call/contact centre role is desirable but not essential
