HRGO Recruitment are looking for experienced call centre staff to work on a long term assignment working from home.
Working on behalf of our client Serco dealing with calls for the DWP, you will be dealing with queries and general enquiries on any number of inbound lines/campaigns.
The lines are open between 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday, with an anticipated longer (10 hours) day on Mondays, your normal hours of work will be 37.5 hours.
You will be paid weekly in arrears by HRGO, no need to submit timesheets as all of this is taken direct from the clients system!!
There is a 5-day comprehensive training package providing you with all the knowledge required to handle the various call types. There is an excellent support network within the business consisting of a Virtual Floorwalking Team. The team will provide on the spot answers to questions in the early stages of you taking your first call. A Helpdesk/Escalations Team who are available to offer ongoing support, and guidance.
A full IT package is provided to you by our client, but this will need to be collected from central Manchester. The start date for this role is 15/03/21.
