£25,000 Basic OTE £28,000
Hours - Monday to Friday 07:00-17:00 and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

We are recruiting for an Automotive Parts Advisor with Motor Trade experience an (Essential) requirement for our client an established Motor Trade Dealership in West London/Middlesex. You must have a minimum of 2 year's recent Motor Trade Parts experience within a Main Dealer network to join their busy friendly team. You must be able to work under pressure, be a team player and be computer literate. As a Parts Advisor you will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone. A Parts Advisor will need to ensure that walk in and telephone customers are promptly dealt with and deliver on sales targets. As a Parts Advisor you will always delivering an incredible experience to all, whether internal or external customers. Our client is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / Parts Sales who is equally comfortable on the front counter dealing with customers as they are on the telephone taking orders from various automotive businesses and garages making sure the right parts are ordered, paid for, and delivered on time.

Experience with Kerridge is advantageous but not essential for this Trade Parts Sales Advisor role.

Essential Requirements:

Automotive Parts experience

Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships

Track record of delivering great customer service and being customer focused

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work within a team

Ability to multitask and work within fast paced environments

Commitment to learn, develop and progress
