Minute Taking Senior Secretary/Administrator - Birmingham B4

Temporary Scheduler Administrator - 6 month contract

(Hybrid working with Travel to Office in Birmingham B4)

MUST HAVE MINUTE TAKING EXPERIENCE!

Location: Hybrid working - Home and Birmingham B4

Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

Initial Term: 6 months

Job Description

  • Minute taking across a variety of panels/meetings, processing Funded Care / Continuing Health Care referrals, liaising with outside agencies, organising meetings, updating database, letter typing and dealing with all manner of enquiries via telephone and email.

Our client is also looking for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • MINUTE TAKING experience
  • Demonstrate experience of working in a large complex organisation
  • Knowledge of NHS (advantageous)

Qualifications

  • NVQ3 or significant previous proven experience
  • Significant administrative / secretarial experience

Experience Required

  • Able to demonstrate experience with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT systems e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Able to follow set processes, prioritising your workload and demonstrate initiative.
