Brokerage Administrator - Birmingham B4
(Remote Working with Travel to Office 3-4 times a month)

Location: Hybrid working - Home and Colmore Circus, Birmingham B4 6AR
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
Initial Term: Up to 31/03/2023
Pay Rate: £142 per day
Job Description
- Minute taking across a variety of panels/meetings
- Processing Funded Care/Health Care referrals
- Gather data and feedback in order to assist with the production of reports
- Organise and plan events as necessary including producing and distributing any supporting information
- Organising meetings for the department, including minute taking and preparing agendas
- Act as a point of contact, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries and passing on relevant information to team members
- Undertake administrative duties such as photocopying, mail-out distributions, organising meeting etc.,
- Arrange/schedule assessments and reviews with individuals, family members and other relevant professionals and take notes and action log
Our client is also looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MINUTE TAKING experience
Qualifications
- NVQ3 or significant previous proven experience
- Significant administrative / secretarial experience
Experience Required
- Able to demonstrate experience with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Intermediate knowledge of IT systems e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- Previous NHS experience desirable
- Clear communicator with excellent writing, data entry and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
