Metal Worker required to ensure products manufactured by our Eastbourne based client to meet both company and customer's expectations whilst adhering to Quality and H&S legislation. Key Responsibilities: * Ability to read and understand technical drawings. * Understand the need to adhere to standard times and report on any deviances. * Experience in the use of all hand tools associated with metal work. * Proficient in the use of the following equipment: Lathes, Mills, Band / Chop saws & Pillar drills. * Ability to fabricate using the following methods, Tig Welding, Silver Soldering and Brazing. * Bending and forming metalwork. * Use of Linishing equipment & preparation of metals for polishing. * Ensure work areas comply with required levels of 'Housekeeping' and ensure all equipment is maintained to schedules. * Ability to finish a product to specific tolerances and high-quality standards. * Quality control, including supporting colleagues in avoiding/correcting mistakes. * Work in a collaborative fashion supporting all teams to achieve company objectives.
