Joining a key event venue in the South East, this is a fabulous opportunity to work with new and existing members.
You will manage a programme to reach a wide audience for sales and renewals.
Working with the Head of Sales, you will identify events and activities for members, create promotions and incentives, develop and implement strategies for sales opportunities and identify new opportunities for third party promotions.
You will also ensure existing members are kept up-to-date with events and news via regular updates, be the public 'face' of memberships, and manage the budgets for the membership programme.
To be considered, candidates must have previous Membership experience, have worked to challenging sales and renewal targets, have experience of delivering high levels of customer service and demonstrable experience of using financial date to produce forecasts and strategies.
