Senior Mechanical inspectors opportunity to join the quality team at this large global manufacturing company. You will need to be familiar with CMM programming and operating (specific software can be cross trained), as a key part of the role is the inspection of tooling using a range of CMM's. In addition you will be auditing processes and procedures to ensure best practice & compliance is maintained across the toolroom and you should be able to demonstrate a background in auditing in a manufacturing environment.

Other duties will include:

• Calibration of equipment

• Manual & visual inspection

• Maintaining and completing various quality paperwork, records and reports

• Involvement in department safety check

A general toolroom or machining background will be beneficial as will experience with Lean manufacturing and SPC.
