Our client is looking for a Mechanical engineer on a temporary basis.

Immediate start!

Location: Whitstable

Hours : 37.5 per week Monday to Friday

Shifts: 1 week Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00, other week Mon-Thur 14:00-22:30 & Fri 14:00-19:30

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Daily Tasks:

• Cover both planned and unplanned maintenance routines
• Maintenance of both facilities and production equipment
• Provide extensive Mechanical and basic electrical support and knowledge on all lines within the plant
• Following H&S instructions

Successful candidates will have:

• Experience as a Multi-skilled Technician for a minimum of 2 years.
• Relevant Mechanical Qualification
• Good knowledge of Workshop routines including Welding and Machining operations
• Good knowledge of Mechanical Fault finding with experience of production lines
• Experience working in an engineering environment.
