Varied design role for this successful engineering manufacturing company. The role focuses on the design and development of rotable parts and we are looking for someone with experience of designing this type of product who also has a solid understanding of stress calculations.

This opportunity also includes:

• Engineering Product design using AutoCAD, Inventor and NX

• Creating 3D models and assemblies

• NPI

• Creating assembly drawings, manuals, tech reports and other documentation

• Project management for verification and testing of new and improved designs

• BOM

• Material specs

• Driving the most cost-effective designs through Value Analysis

• Involvement with company continuous improvement & Kaizen teams

We are looking for a driven and dynamic design engineer with the desire to improve themselves and the company. You will likely have a minimum of 3 years design experience in 3D design and a relevant formal qualification. FEA software experience an advantage.
