Job Role: Mechanical Assembler 　　

Job Type: Full Time, permanent

Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum

Hours of work: 8:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday 　

Location: Saffron Walden 　　

Start Date: Immediately　　　

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Assembler, based in the Saffron Walden area. This exciting role involves the Assembly of all in-house assembled products. You will be working within the Production Team, assembling world class scientific products.

Duties include:　

• Assembling and testing of current products

• Mechanical assembly, following detailed manufacturing method files

• Making sure performance checks and test are being carried out during the assembly process

• Help to identify areas for improvement in current assembly processes

Skills Required:  　

• One year minimum experience in a mechanical assembly environment

• Strong practical skills with the capability to carry out complex assembly tasks

• Understand and read technical drawings

• Fully IT literate (Microsoft Office etc…)
