Job Specification POSITION: B2C and Marketing Coordinator LOCATION: Wrexham HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5.00pm SALARY: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (DOE) REF: VR/00745/1 Summary: This pivotal role involves working as part of the Marketing team and alongside the B2C Ecommerce Team Leader to implement an aggressive B2C Strategy to generate revenue through the B2C website. You will be responsible for merchandising promotional sales, considering consumer needs. Reporting and data analysis on promotional campaigns for internal use in project planning will be a core aspect of the role. Requirements/Profile: * Bright recent graduate / equivalent experience * Strong IT literacy, Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Good organisation and prioritisation skills * Excellent attention to detail * Self-motivated, eager to develop, team-player * Some interest in or basic knowledge of html / website maintenance is a distinct advantage, however aptitude to learn would also be acceptable Key Areas of Responsibility: * Implementing an aggressive Ecommerce Online Marketing Plan - working with the rest of the web team * Striving to achieve sales targets alongside the rest of the marketing team * Understanding customer behaviour and making suggestions to best run sale promotions online. * Analysing web data and identifying trends * Selecting items for promotion, setting up promotional campaigns - working with Marketing Team Leader and / or Supply Chain team in order to do so * Ability to work across all brand sites when required * Gathering/proofing marketing collateral as required * Assisting the rest of the marketing team when required during busy periods * Willing to check on sales order processing periodically from home during busy sale periods * Cover & maintenance of company websites as and when required Desirable Skills * To create, lead and develop AMS, Google Adwords and other paid and organic campaigns * Keep up to date with latest the trends and development within SEO, search engine, PPC and digital marketing * Research, implement and monitor search engine tools and make recommendations for development * Utilise analytics to monitor and evaluate campaign performance and create weekly and monthly reports in order to develop and recommend PPC and SEO strategies Please call Nicola for more information on 0151 3474900 or email your CV to nicola@hrgoliverpool.co.uk
