Role: Graduate Sales & Marketing Co-Coordinator

Location: Wirral

Salary: £23,000 PA

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Working within a production and manufacturing facility based on the Wirral my client assists with engineering technologies for the energy sector. This is an exciting new role for those currently seeking a new role within Sales and Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting a wide range of sales and marketing activities including CRM, sales proposals, social media, technical bids, client management and reporting

• Responsible for the management of social media pages, creating and maintaining a strong online presence through posting updates and responding to comments, feedback, and messages on behalf of the business

• Manage marketing materials such as bulletins, brochures, and external communications, revising and developing content where required

• Supporting sales team with enquiries and requests from customers, potential customers, and other teams within the business

• Support the drafting and submission of quotations and bids

• Preparing sales and marketing presentation materials for meeting and bids

• Create and maintain records of pipeline activity, leads and bids

• Assist with the submission of technical papers

• Coordinate and manage attendance at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, corporate events and seminars

• Collating and compiling information for reporting and KPI's

• Provide day to day administrative support to the Sales Team such as taking accurate meeting minutes and actions during forecast and review meetings

• Any other reasonable activities that support the success of the business

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

Essential

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills

• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and organisation skills

• Ability to work as a team and with multiple stakeholders from the wider business

• Attention to detail

• Graduate in Marketing or another business-related field
