Marketing and Events Administrator
HRGO are looking for an experience Marketing and Events administrator to work for a local college in Stansted. The primary focus will be on course administration and assist the general manager with all promotion of residential and On-line programmes. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the world of digital and social media and can built communicate and build relationships with all colleagues and customers.
REQUIREMENTS
2 Years office administration experience
2 years experience of building and maintaining social media outlets
Proficiency and competence with Microsoft office & word, Outlook, Power point, Excel, Wordpress, Zoom, Mailchimp, Basecamp
Experience with graphic design platforms (Canva or photoshop)
Creative thinker and be able to turn that creativity into content in the forms of graphics, videos, animations, and text posts.
Good with number and data entry
Effective communication and customer service
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Content Administration for all College social media platforms and website using WordPress.
Overseeing all Social media platforms and college systems using Microsoft office Word and Excel, graphic design programmes, Ticket Tailor, Zoom, Facebook and other social media sites.
Supporting the delivery of Residential and Online Programmes. This will involve providing excellent administration, graphic design, customer service, course management and senior administrative support for all College courses, as well as providing high quality admin support to the rest of the team.
Help co-ordinate onsite and virtual events, working with other internal and external teams to help ensure the event runs smoothly.
Working with the General Manager to deliver marketing and communications to develop and send marketing emails and materials.
Regularly create and post content for all our social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & You Tube.
Co-ordinating day to day admin support; creating course confirmation and cancellation correspondence for the reception team.
Managing and processing telephone and email correspondence from College Team, College Tutors and Translators.
Work collaboratively with other colleagues involved in the college programme delivery process.
Dealing with event attendees' and tutors' simple questions and problems
