Manufacturing / production engineer required for large established engineering and manufacturing company.

You will use your experience of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to drive improvement projects through the factory, helping to plan and introduce new product lines and process improvements.

You should understand value streams and how to champion continuous improvement thinking in an engineering / factory environment. You will study work-flows, cycle times and monitor efficiency's identifying areas for improvement.

You should have a formal engineering qualification, excellent communication skills and proven experience in a similar lean manufacturing environment.
