We are recruiting for a Management Assistant for our client based on the outskirts of Dover. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful company, to provide secretarial and administrative support to the International Director and Management Team. Must be experienced in HR/Personnel. An ability to communicate in German would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills needed, ability to build strong relationships, good organisational and analytic skills, ability to keep calm in difficult situations, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Duties Include:
The updating of Employee Contracts
The updating of Job Titles
Updating E-Days (Annual Leave, Sick Leave, etc)
New Starters / Leavers
Assisting HR Department in all Personnel matters including training, recruitment, and staff development.
Develop and maintain Customer In-House training manuals.
Sales Department Management, including sales reports and quotations.
Co-ordinate and plan meetings, visits, and travel arrangements.
Presentations

Proof reading
Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, should have a valid passport and full driving licence. This is a Six-Month Contract, with a possibility of further opportunities for the right candidate.
